Summer maintenance tips for biomass pellet heating furnaces
1¡¢ Smoke pipe issueThe Bendu Biological Particle Heating Furnace has two smoke pipes: the exhaust pipe and the intake pipe.
If the heating stove is not used for a long time, the first thing to do is to seal the outdoor pipe opening of the smoke exhaust pipe, and it is best to remove the smoke pipe. When using it in winter
Install it back later. If the intake pipe is installed, it should be blocked or removed. If the indoor environment is too humid, it is best to remove it
Sealed into the air vent!!!
2¡¢ Cleaning issues
1. All particles in the silo must be cleaned out to prevent them from getting stuck when the machine is used again due to particle expansion caused by moisture!
2. The accumulated ash inside the furnace should be completely cleaned to prevent it from getting damp and clumping, which may affect the effectiveness of the heating furnace when used again.
Attention: For products with tube type heat dissipation, lift the cleaning rod several times to remove the accumulated dust inside the tube!
The bottom cleaning box product should be thoroughly cleaned by unscrewing the screws at the bottom!
